“We are ecstatic, you have exceeded our expectations. Our senior engineer actually sleeps better at night knowing ATS is servicing our system. No, really, that is no joke. I’m serious. We are very happy with getting ATS involved here.”

“I have worked with ATS for many years and their sales team has always provided top notch service in a timely manner and follow-up. As a fellow estimator I know how stressful giving customers accurate budgets with tight timelines, multiple breakouts, etc. can be. ATS always comes through and does a fantastic job. I appreciate working with ATS very much.”

“… ATS has been a great help and value to our organization by implementing many processes that normally would take me more time to finish. For example, we change our offsets to take advantage of free cooling in the spring/fall, versus winter settings where we need to concentrate on heating offsets. ATS is able to do this in a one, four-hour visit, in comparison of me spending much more time going into each VAV/TU’s/AHU/HRU, etc., to change the settings individually.”

“ATS has always been very accommodating and easy to work with over the years. Their team brings a diverse group of talented individuals that are not only capable but also bring new and interesting strategies to the conversation. Our staff are very capable in troubleshooting and maintaining our systems but when we do experience an issue that needs some additional knowledge, understanding and experience we call ATS for support. The ATS team is always willing and able to help our team get us back on track in a timely manner.”

“St. Luke’s Boise Building Services has worked with ATS Inland NW on many occasions over the course of the past several years. They completed new building automation in the Boise Surgery Center on the downtown campus as well as multiple troubleshooting tasks in other buildings across the campus, including fine turning the chiller plant at the new Central Utility Plant. They have proven to be well staffed with many capable engineers, field installers, and programmers. They have also been chosen to help design the controls package for the new North Tower and Medical Office Building.

Their pricing is in line with their competition, and they provide good value for the cost. We are looking forward to partnering with them as the campus expands as they are my preferred BAS contractor.”
